Context
In the day to day of the finance department at Águia Sistemas, much of the time went into manual, repetitive tasks: reports, reconciliations, collections and analyses that kept piling up. The proposal with Inbix was to put artificial intelligence to work inside that routine, rather than as a project on the side.

Daniela listed 25 manual tasks in her finance routine and now has 17 of them automated with artificial intelligence. Of those, 8 run on a schedule, automatically, with no command needed.
Result
From the workshop to the operation
The Inbix AI workshop ran for 2 months, with sessions every two weeks and mentoring dedicated to each project. The final session of the first Águia Sistemas group took place in June 2026. The next day, Daniela already had access to Claude and started talking to it through the chat, with no previous programming experience:

On that first day she had already automated simple tasks, such as drafting emails to customers, a process that on its own took almost a full morning of work. By the time she presented the solution to her manager and the rest of the department, she already had automations running:

The impact on the team
With the routines automated, the colleague who shared Accounts Receivable with Daniela no longer needed that role in the department and could dedicate herself fully to another activity that had been demanding more time. With the time she gained, Daniela began giving more attention to complex analyses, decisions and new initiatives within finance.
Among the other routines Daniela automated are the daily clearing of accounts receivable, the automatic filling of invoice forms for the Shopee and Mercado Livre sales channels, and a financial planner that organizes the overall management of the department.
From mapping to results

Third group
Águia Sistemas has already started the third group of the AI workshop, extending the projects to new areas such as workplace safety, technology, operations and legal. The running total has reached 50 projects proposed since the program began, a sign that AI adoption is starting to become part of the company's routine as a whole.
